Thank you for using Eventean.com. We are a multivendor event marketplace that connects event organizers with attendees. This Return & Refund Policy outlines how refunds and cancellations are handled on our platform.
1. Role of Eventean
Eventean.com is a facilitator and does not organize or manage any events listed on the platform. All events, tickets, services, and refund decisions are the responsibility of the individual vendors or event organizers.
2. Vendor-Specific Policies
Each vendor or organizer on Eventean.com may have their own return and refund policies, which will be displayed on the event listing page. We strongly encourage users to read those policies carefully before purchasing tickets or services.
By making a purchase, you agree to be bound by the refund and cancellation terms set by that vendor.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Unless otherwise stated in the vendor’s listing, the following are generally non-refundable:
- Missed events due to personal reasons
- Late cancellations outside the allowed window
- Digital downloads or services already delivered
- Change of mind or user dissatisfaction not related to the vendor’s failure to deliver as promised
4. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

We may assist in communication or mediation, but we do not guarantee a refund, as the decision ultimately rests with the vendor.
5. Fraud & Abuse
We reserve the right to decline refund requests that are deemed to be fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of our User Guidelines or Terms & Conditions.
6. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting the vendor or our support team may result in suspension of your account and limited access to future transactions.
7. Platform Service Fees
Any service fees charged by Eventean.com at the time of purchase are generally non-refundable, even in the event of an approved vendor refund.
8. Policy Updates
We may update this Return & Refund Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with the revised Effective Date.
